Usage:
XFZ series linear vibrating screen is to use two vibrating motors as the vibration source, so that the material is thrown on the screen, and at the same time move forward in a straight line, the material enters the feed port of the sieving machine evenly from the feeder, multi-layer screens produce several kinds of sieves, and the sieves are discharged from their respective outlets respectively. The utility model has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, simple structure and easy maintenance, with fully enclosed structure, no dust dispersion, automatic layout, it is more suitable for assembly line operation. Especially the screening and grading of granular materials, it is widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon, chemical fertilizer and other industries.
Working principle
Linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibration motor, when two vibrating motors synchronous reverse rotation, the exciting force generated by the eccentric block offset in parallel to the motor axis direction in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft for a stacked together, so the trajectory of the screening machine in a straight line. The two motor shaft has a dip angle relative to the screen surface, under the combined action of exciting force and material gravity, the material is thrown on the screen surface to jump forward to move in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading materials.
