Usage:
This series of products are mainly used for drying and sterilizing of heat-resistant products such as vials, aluminum cover, metal ware, glassware and so on in pharmaceutical industry .
Working principle:
1、All parts of the cavity which may be contacted with the object are made of 304-2b or 316L stainless steel.

Features:

Cavity main filter using an innovative combination of sealing process, effectively improve product efficiency at the same time, make it easier to disassemble and maintain. The laminar flow plate in the cavity adopts a unique hole distribution to control the horizontal laminar air flow, which effectively improves the utilization rate of the heat energy and the temperature uniformity.
4、The equipment adopts advanced automatic control system, automatic control of temperature, automatic maintenance of positive pressure system of internal cavity. Independent overtemperature protection system, effectively ensure the safety of equipment.
5、The product has a multifunctional verification interface, which can be used for dust particle verification test and temperature distribution test, and the main filter of the chamber has PAO verification port.
